For a number of years I have provided Pain Relief and Stress Management to a wide range of clients through a number of well known complementary therapies, mainly Sports and Remedial Massage and Reflexology. In response to the changing requirements for detailed client record management and record keeping, I started to search for client management software packages to maintain my client records only to find that these systems cost thousands of pounds. Having originally worked in the computing industry, I decided to develop my own client record management system which I have now used with great success over the past two years. During this time the client record manager has been adopted by a number of complementary therapists who have persuaded me to make the software available for general use. This I have now done by modifying the original software to cater for a wider range of therapies and general treatments. It’s my intention to now enhance the product by developing a number of specialised bolt-on and separate applications for the complementary therapy sector.
