Software Installation and Setup

Installation

download application files and copy to a folder of your choice e.g. “C:\Download”
alternatively (if available) insert the Tzaka Holistic install CD into your CD drive
navigate to, select and double click on the setup program This application will guide the user through the program installation with welcome, license agreement, installation process, and completion screens respectively.
setup utility is compiled with Window Installer and therefore contains standard windows user interface and set of installation steps.

Login

select icon on desktop or Start > Programs >
display CRM login screen

enter user name and password - trial version user name is Administrator, Password is password
click OK button and CRM main menu is opened for setup with registration and calendar build

Setup

select Setup > Run System Setup
display Build Client Record Master Diary and Controls screen

enter registration detail and verify
click System Setup button which builds calendar for previous, current and next year
process must not be interrupted - may take several minutes
display software registration screen when calendar build process is complete

click either Register Now button to send email to Tzaka Holistic

click Register Manually Later button and send manual email with attached CRMRegistration.txt file at a later date

User Authority

strongly recommend that {a Therapist} is changed to {your name} and password is changed
strongly recommend that default Administrator password is changed
without your user name and password, you cannot open the Client Record Master system
select System Control > System Access Maintenance > System User Access

select user name from dropdown list
edit user detail, verify detail is correct
click Save Change button

The CRM system is now ready to use

A Word about the Evaluation Data

It is strongly recommended that you now backup this initial database

select System Control > Backup and Restore > select Backup option

This allows you to enter your own test data to familiarise yourself with the functions and options available within the CRM system. When you have completed your testing, you can restore this initial database thereby removing all your test data.

A small quantity of evaluation test data (5 booked appointments) were created at the end of the installation process for client Andrea A Bloggs. This appointments covers a 4 day period based on the install date from install-date to install-date +3 days. Having completed your evaluation of the software and are ready to uses the system for real, these appointments can be cleared from the restored database leaving you with an empty system.
