select client from dropdown list

select appointment from client appointments grid
-
2nd/subsequent appointment selection from
this screen only
-
display additional detail using the horizontal bar at
bottom of grid
-
grid displays appointment, time, therapist, therapy,
treatment and location
-
system requests permission to add treatment sheet
-
click

adding observation note is an optional process
-
female or male image, defaults to female image
-
click on first control required then position cursor
on screen image and click
-
repeat for each additional control required on the
screen image
-
click  to
undo last image annotation
-
click  to
reset to original image with no annotation

when image is complete, click
