THIS BUG FIX APPLIES TO CRM Version 04.02
(released April 2010) - Sports Therapy Modules ONLY
June 8th 2010 Bug Fix.... Sports Therapy Module Client Treatment
reporting error.
This error applies to all three
Sports Therapy modules only, and occurs when a new treatment record is
first created by the system and the user then selects the Sports
Therapy Observation
screen and immediately closes the screen without entering any
treatment notes. On closing the system returns the user to the main treatment
screen at which point the user requests a treatment report by
clicking the report button. The resulting report produces an error,
unrelated client treatment information, even though the underling information has been stored
correctly to the client treatment record. On
re-entering the client treatment record screen for the second and
subsequent times the information is then reported correctly.
To resolve this issue please download
a new copy of your registered software application.
Uninstall your existing copy of the
software.
DO NOT Delete
or Remove any remaining file from the
Tzaka folders.
Install the replacement to the
software application you have just downloaded.
Please Note:
All existing users who have purchased The CRM Application CD option
since the version release in April 2010 will be sent a
replacement CD within the next fifteen days.
