The Appointment Booking
combined with the Client Detail and Information screens, form the heart of the Client
Record Master Application.
The simple creation of an appointment through the
appointment booking
screen creates all the necessary linkages to a unique
treatment record.
This record in turn controls all related information
captured and held within the Client Record Master System for that specific
Client/Patient treatment.
The addition of a new client or patient
to the system whilst making an appointment is simple, all that is
required is the addition of the name to complete the appointment booking.
All the additional details and
information can be entered later through both the client detail
maintenance screens or in some cases via the treatment record screens.
There are a number of categories of
information held on the client or patient some examples are:
-
Full client contact
information.
-
Doctor's contact
information.
-
Key personal information such
as gender, marital status, age group etc.
-
Body Measurements.
-
Key dates are held. Date
of birth, Anniversary and Reminder.
Booking an Appointment:
The system will prompt the user for all required
information before allowing the booking of an appointment.
All appointments bookings are locked by the system as
soon as treatment or payment information is linked to the booking, this
action is taken by the system to prevent the accidental deletion of an
active or completed appointment booking.
Deletion of bookings is only possible when that
appointment booking has no underling treatment or payment information
associated with it.
The process involves:
-
Selection of Treatment
Location.
-
Selection of a Therapy and
associated Treatments.
-
Selection of the Therapist
performing the Treatment.
-
Selection of the Client
booking the appointment.
-
Selection of a Single or
Multiple booking
-
Select the appointment start
time by simply click on the
required time slot.
-
Click Book Appointment(s) button and the system has sets up all
the underlying links to the client's treatment record.
