The Client Record Master provides the complementary therapist/practitioner with a set of comprehensive tools too simplify the necessary tasks of capturing, managing, reviewing and storage of client or patient treatment records.

This is achieved through a layered approach to the collection of related information, which is held within a uniformed structure that react to and revolve around two key pieces of information, the client's name and a given appointment (date/time) for a specific treatment.

These two pieces of key information provide all the necessary links to both captured user information and system generated information, which is then combined through the system and graphically and textually  presented to the therapist onscreen and via a selection of hardcopy reports.

Each of the treatment records held in the system are further enhanced by a number of specialised Treatment Observation Notes, which in turn provide for the capture of additional information to be associated with that specific treatment and in a number of cases provide for the incorporation of digital photographic data.

The treatment of a Client or Patient is controlled  within the application by the Appointment Bookings process as previously mentioned.

 

The capture of a client's medical history and any conditions which could have an influence on the planed treatment are held against the client record and the treatment, this allows for the Consultation Record or in some cases  records, to be associated with the individual client.

 

The same concept is applied to the collection of the client's personal information which is captured once and as in the case of the client's consultation information is then linked to every treatment the client may have in the future. The Client's Personal Information is captured under the heading of Lifestyle Record.

 

The Client Record Master system is delivered with a selection of therapies which have specialised Treatment Observation Notes associated with them.

 

You are, however, not restricted to these therapies, via the system maintenance you are able to add any number of therapy/treatment to the system.

 

The newly introduced therapy will then be automatically assigned the auto notes, contraindications and observation keys associated with the User Defined Therapies category and in turn will be associated with the Treatment Record.

 

The twelve therapies or treatment areas included have all been designed to follow a specific format, allowing for ease of comparison of treatment records across therapies and/or disciplines. 

 

The Treatment Observation Notes do vary and allowances have been made for this by introducing a "Specific to Individual Therapy" selection headings below the Treatment Specific Contra-indications selection.

 

The twelve pre-defined therapies are:

The financial reporting module is based on pre-set information, and will calculate basic profit and loss statistics and produce income statements which are presented along with monthly and yearly forecasts.

 

Any expenses relating to the day to day running of the practice which are recorded through a flexible cost centre process, are made available in hardcopy format via the  Reports Central, reporting system.

 

For those practices wishing to include merchandising of products which may be associated with the therapies and treatments provided.

 

The Client Record Master also provides an easy to use Merchandising and stock control module which in turn complements the income and expenditure reporting delivered by the financial reporting module.
