The Financial Reporting
Module is not intended as an accounting system, it's principle function
is to maintain the financial information associated with the therapist's practice which can then be passed to an accountant where required. This is
achieved through two main functional areas:

Control over Income and Expenditure
through a variety of input and maintenance screens.

and Merchandising, providing for
product sales, supplier purchase and inventory control.
The
Reporting part of the Financial Reporting Module offers a wide range of
hardcopy reports made available via the Report Central Screen under the
following headings:

Client Appointments

Expenditure Reporting
-
Export Data to File
-
Income Reporting
The processing of client payment
(income) is automated through the appointment booking based on the
pre-set user defined parameters such as treatment price and cost,
applied taxes etc. The expenses
are handled separately from merchandising by the system and are
controlled through a flexible user defined cost centre / category
structure which in turn allows for detailed analysis.
