The second level being more specifically related to Indian Head massage having been designed to record the Observations made during the actual treatment.

• Notes on the client / patient reaction during the treatment.

• Rational for the choice of the particular treatment.

• Treatment methods employed.

• Medium and equipment used during the treatment.
