The Therapist software
application provides a practitioner or therapist with a set of comprehensive tools,
through which the tasks of capturing, updating and reviewing Client or
Patient
treatment information is achieved via a simple but comprehensive interface.
This is
achieved through a layered approach to the collection of related information,
which is held within a
uniformed structure that react to and revolve around two key pieces of information,
the
client's name and a given appointment (date/time) for a specific user defined
therapy and or treatment.
These two
pieces of key information the Appointment and Client provide the necessary links to both captured user
information and system generated information, which is then combined and presented to the
practitioner or therapist graphically and textually onscreen and via a selection of
case study exportable reports.
Each of the user defined treatment records held in the system are further enhanced by
a number of specialised Treatment Observation Notes, which in turn provide for
the capture
of additional information to be associated
with that specific treatment.
